About
Meredith Boudrie is the Owner and Managing Attorney of Central Minnesota Law in Monticello. She has practiced law since 2006 and currently handles Family Law, Estate Planning, and Probate matters. Her background includes work as a family law attorney in Monticello before joining Central Minnesota Law in 2012 and taking over as owner in 2015. She assists clients with legal issues that can affect parenting, property, family relationships, future planning, and the administration of estates.
Meredith attended William Mitchell College of Law from 2003 to 2006 and earned her law degree before being admitted to practice in Minnesota in 2006. She previously received her B.A. from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, cum laude, with a major in Criminology and a minor in Psychology. Her education provides a useful foundation for family law work that requires understanding conflict, evidence, court procedure, and the practical concerns families face when making decisions about children, finances, and long-term planning.
Meredith began her legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert Walker in Martin County, Minnesota. Before joining Central Minnesota Law, she practiced family law with another Monticello firm. Her current work includes divorce and other family matters along with estate planning and probate. She has also volunteered through legal services programs and provided legal assistance to self-represented individuals, experience that reinforces the importance of explaining court procedures and legal options in clear, practical terms.
Meredith Boudrie brings courtroom, family law, and planning experience to clients in central Minnesota. Her practice allows her to help families address immediate disputes while also planning for future legal and financial needs. She works with clients to understand the issues, identify workable options, and move cases or planning matters through the required steps. By combining local practice experience with a broad family-focused service model, Meredith helps clients navigate difficult transitions and organize legal matters that affect children, property, and estates.
