Megan Ferkel Earhart is a partner in Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP’s nationally recognized Taxation, Trusts & Estates Department. Her practice encompasses various estate planning services, including trust administration, probate, and complex income, gift, and estate tax matters. Megan provides strategic guidance to individuals and families, helping them preserve and transfer wealth efficiently while minimizing tax exposure. Megan holds an LL.M. in Taxation, earned with High Distinction from Loyola Law School in 2013. She received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2010 and her B.A. with Distinction and Honors from the University of Michigan in 2006. She is admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
