Maureen Brady

Maureen Brady is a founding partner of McShane & Brady, LLC, based in Kansas City, Missouri. She focuses her legal practice on personal injury cases, including car and truck accidents, slip and fall injuries, dog bites, and nursing home abuse. She is also one of the nation’s leading attorneys in handling wrongful medical disclosures, HIPAA violations, and data breaches. Known for her client-first approach, Maureen helps people recover from injuries by working to secure the compensation they deserve.

Maureen earned her B.A. from Creighton University in 1990 and her J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law in 2005.

Maureen is a nationally recognized civil litigation and class action attorney with a proven record in high-stakes, complex cases. A leading authority in HIPAA and medical data privacy law, she has successfully prosecuted numerous cases against individuals and corporations for mishandling confidential health information.
