Matthew Zelle Esq. has served as an associate attorney with Immigration Solutions LLC since 2015, providing skilled representation in a wide range of U.S. immigration matters. Known for his strong legal writing and strategic approach, Matthew handles complex cases before USCIS and U.S. embassies abroad. His work spans family-based immigration, O-1 visas for individuals of extraordinary ability, National Interest Waivers, asylum, U-Visas, and cases involving grounds of inadmissibility or deportability.

Matthew earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2013. He also holds a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin.

While in law school, Matthew spent two years at BU’s Asylum and Human Rights Clinic, where he represented asylum seekers and minors applying for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. After graduation, he completed a fellowship with the Human Rights Initiative of North Texas, advocating for undocumented children in removal proceedings and immigrant survivors of violent crimes.

Prior to his legal career, Matthew was a special education teacher in New York City through the NYC Teaching Fellows program. That experience shaped his empathetic, client-centered approach to legal advocacy.

Matthew Zelle is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
