Matthew Stachowske

Matthew Stachowske is a founding partner of Stachowske Law, PLLC who focuses principally on personal injury and civil litigation. He represents people affected by serious injuries, including claims involving truck and automobile accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, dog bites, and other catastrophic injuries. His practice draws on nearly 25 years of trial work in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Matthew earned a B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law. While in law school, he was selected for the mock trial team and competed in national advocacy competitions. He is admitted in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine, as well as federal district courts in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Before founding his current firm, he worked for about a decade at a mid-sized Portsmouth firm, first as an associate and later as a partner. His personal injury work requires investigating accidents, reviewing medical evidence, valuing damages, negotiating with insurers, and preparing cases for court when necessary. His earlier service in the US Marine Corps also reflects a background shaped by discipline and responsibility.
