Matthew N. Morrow

Matthew N. Morrow is an attorney whose practice centers on corporate law, business transactions, and real estate matters. He advises clients on entity formations, governance, succession planning, and property-related transactions, offering structured legal guidance designed to support long-term stability, compliance, and efficient decision-making for both businesses and individuals.

Matthew completed his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University, earning a B.A. with Majors in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy and Political Science (Pre-law). He later earned his J.D. cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law, followed by an LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law.

Matthew began developing his legal focus early through academic leadership and practical training. During law school, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Business and Securities Law and participated in the Arbitration Competition team. He also gained real-world experience as a legal intern in a real estate practice, handling complex transactions.

Matthew advises clients across all facets of corporate and real estate law. His work includes business organization, entity formation, commercial and residential real estate transactions, deeds, landlord-tenant matters, construction-related issues, and estate planning tools such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.

Matthew has represented clients in transactions ranging from small residential purchases to multi-million dollar interstate real estate developments. He also assists with forming multi-tiered business structures for income property ventures and provides ongoing guidance on corporate governance for both new and established business entities.
