That background continues to support his work in sophisticated real estate transactions, business matters, and dispute resolution.
Before entering private practice, Matthew worked in government and public affairs, including service with a Utah gubernatorial campaign and the Governor’s Office. After law school, he clerked for the Utah Supreme Court, gaining valuable insight into legal reasoning and the appellate process. He later built a commercial practice focused on real property matters. His experience helps clients address legal issues involving development, title, zoning, and commercial property with clarity and confidence.
Matthew L. Anderson also serves in leadership roles within the legal profession and has chaired both his firm’s real property practice group and multiple Utah State Bar committees. He is admitted to the Utah State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah.
