Matthew earned a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Kentucky in 2012 and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Kentucky in 2012. He later earned a J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law in 2016, graduating cum laude.
