Trenton Adkins

Trenton Adkins is a civil defense attorney who helps clients understand the litigation process and work toward favorable outcomes. Trenton earned his B.S. from the University of Kentucky in 2018, with a major in Clinical Leadership and Management. He earned his J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2023, graduating summa cum laude and serving as a two-year member of UofL Law Review.

Trenton began building his legal skills as a Summer Associate while completing law school. During that role, he gained experience in employment law, business litigation, and intellectual property. This early work helped him develop a broad view of legal disputes and prepared him to handle different civil matters with confidence.

Trenton later worked as a civil litigator, gaining hands-on experience in insurance defense. His work included medical malpractice, professional liability, premises liability, dram shop liability, and auto negligence. These matters strengthened his ability to review facts, manage claims, and support clients through each stage of litigation.

Trenton is admitted in Kentucky, Indiana, the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Kentucky, and the U.S. District Court Western District of Kentucky.
