Matthew earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1993. He holds a B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Boston College.
Licensed to practice law in Tennessee since 1993 and admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee in 1994, Matthew brings decades of experience in both litigation and transactional law. He has worked with boutique employment law firms as well as mid-sized general business firms, giving him a broad, practical perspective on the legal needs of businesses at every stage of growth.
Before founding Brothers Business Law, PLC in 2016, Matthew held partner and attorney roles at several firms, where he worked extensively on commercial transactions, employment matters, and business disputes. His current practice emphasizes responsive, efficient service, whether helping a client negotiate a merger, form a new company, or resolve a contract conflict.
