Matt Hardin

Matt Hardin is the owner and lead attorney of Matt Hardin Law, PLLC, with offices across Tennessee and Kentucky. He represents clients in personal injury matters, including car and truck accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice, premises liability, and catastrophic injury cases. With years of experience across all three grand divisions of Tennessee and in Kentucky, Matt leads a team committed to restoring clients’ peace of mind after serious injury.

Matt earned his B.A. from Rhodes College. He holds both a J.D. and a Master’s degree from the University of Tennessee.

Matt began his legal career as an insurance defense attorney, which gave him a strong understanding of how insurance companies evaluate injury claims. He later transitioned to plaintiff’s work, using that knowledge to help clients recover fair compensation. Before starting his own firm, he practiced at two prominent Tennessee firms and served as a partner at Rudy, Wood, Winstead, Williams, and Hardin, PLLC.

Matt has earned recognition from Best Lawyers®, Martindale-Hubbell® (AV Preeminent®), and Super Lawyers. He was also named among the “10 Best in Tennessee” for client satisfaction by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys.
