David Weissman

David Weissman is a partner at Raybin & Weissman, P.C. in Nashville, Tennessee. He is an accomplished attorney with a legal career focused on personal injury, social security disability, and civil rights. A proven trial lawyer, David has tried more than 100 cases to verdict, earning a strong reputation for protecting the rights of injured and aggrieved individuals throughout Tennessee.

David earned his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 1989. He began his legal career in South Florida, where he led a law firm for nearly 20 years. Under his leadership, the firm grew from two attorneys to a team of 11 lawyers and a 50-member support staff across two offices. In 2008, he relocated to Tennessee and joined a respected civil litigation firm before becoming a partner at Raybin & Weissman, P.C.

David takes a strategic, client-first approach to every case, backed by decades of proven litigation experience. He represents clients in car accidents, truck accidents, slip and fall injuries, wrongful death claims, sexual abuse cases, and other serious personal injury matters.
