David Weissman

David Weissman is a partner at Raybin & Weissman, P.C. in Nashville, Tennessee. He is an accomplished attorney with a legal career focused on personal injury, social security disability, and civil rights. A proven trial lawyer, David has tried more than 100 cases to verdict, earning a strong reputation for protecting the rights of injured and aggrieved individuals throughout Tennessee.

David earned his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 1989. He began his legal career in South Florida, where he led a law firm for nearly 20 years. Under his leadership, the firm grew from two attorneys to a team of 11 lawyers and a 50-member support staff across two offices. In 2008, he relocated to Tennessee and joined a respected civil litigation firm before becoming a partner at Raybin & Weissman, P.C.

David brings a client-focused, strategic approach to each case, leveraging decades of litigation experience to achieve results. His practice includes car and truck accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, sexual abuse cases, and more.
