Marvin L. Solomiany

Marvin L. Solomiany is the Managing Partner of Kessler & Solomiany, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia, where he has practiced exclusively in family law for more than 25 years. He represents clients in high-income divorce cases, matters involving corporate entities, prenuptial agreements, and interstate child custody and support disputes. Solomiany has represented athletes, entertainers, professionals, and Fortune 500 executives in family law matters requiring careful attention to financial, parenting, and privacy concerns.

Solomiany earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law and his B.A. with distinction from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. While at Emory, he was a member of the Moot Court Team and made the Dean’s List. His academic background and advocacy training support a practice centered on complex family law litigation, negotiation, written advocacy, and the detailed analysis often required in high-asset and interstate disputes.
