Martin Mohr

Martin Mohr, Esq., is a founding partner of New York Family Law Group and a trusted family law attorney with more than two decades of legal experience. He focuses his practice on guiding clients through emotionally charged and legally complex issues such as divorce, child custody, visitation, support, juvenile matters, and family offense proceedings.

Martin earned his Juris Doctor from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro College in 2000, after receiving a Bachelor of Arts from Clark University in 1995. His legal foundation was built through early roles, including internships with Massachusetts Legal Aid and Judge Stanley Friedman. It was further strengthened during his service as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx.

In 2003, Martin founded the Law Firm of Martin Mohr, representing mothers, fathers, and grandparents in sensitive family law cases. His extensive knowledge of New York family courts and statutes allows him to offer clients practical solutions through both litigation and negotiation. In 2021, he co-founded New York Family Law Group with attorney Ethan Steward to expand his impact and services.

Martin has earned a reputation for crafting personalized legal strategies tailored to each client’s family dynamics.
