Martin Jones

Martin Jones is a criminal defense attorney known for handling complex, high-stakes cases throughout California. Martin earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Cal State Fullerton with an NSF/REU grant. He later graduated with top honors from Western State Law School, where he was on the Dean’s List, received the Witkin Award, and served as Law Review Notes Editor.

Martin has more than two decades of legal experience. He previously served as Assistant Chief Defense Attorney and Felony Supervisor at the Placer County Public Defender’s Office. He has tried nearly 75 jury trials and represented thousands of clients in a wide range of criminal cases.
