Martin A. Garcia

Martin A. Garcia is a seasoned real estate attorney with nearly two decades of experience in title law and escrow services. As the head of Magnolia Title’s Fort Worth Fee Attorney operation, he focuses on closing real estate transactions, marketing, and resolving title curative issues for residential and commercial properties across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Martin earned his B.A., magna cum laude and with honors, from Texas Wesleyan University in 2009. He received his J.D. from Texas Wesleyan School of Law (now Texas A&M School of Law) in 2012. That same year, Martin was admitted to the Texas Bar, officially launching his legal career rooted in real estate and title law.

In addition to issuing title insurance and closing escrows, Martin A. Garcia offers comprehensive real estate legal services, including document preparation, probate, and forcible detainer (eviction) actions. Guided by his professional motto, “Property is the foundation stone of economic well-being,” he is dedicated to safeguarding his clients’ real estate interests at every stage of the transaction process.

Highly involved in the local legal community, Martin serves as the Real Estate Section Chair for the Tarrant County Bar Association and sits on the PAC Board of Trustees for the Texas Land Title Association.
