Mark W. Thomas

Mark W. Thomas is the founder and managing partner of Mark Thomas Law in Sandy Springs. His practice focuses on personal injury and workers’ compensation, including car wreck and catastrophic injury matters. He began his professional legal work in personal injury as a defense attorney for insurance companies before moving into private practice in 1998 to represent injured people. That defense experience informs his understanding of insurance claim strategy.

Mark earned his Juris Doctorate from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law and a B.B.A. in Marketing from East Tennessee State University. His legal and business education provides a foundation for evaluating injury claims, communicating with insurers, and preparing cases for settlement or litigation.
