Joseph J. Triscaro

Joseph J. Triscaro is the managing member of Triscaro & Associates, Ltd., and a trial attorney handling complex litigation in Ohio. His practice emphasizes serious personal injuries, medical malpractice, wrongful death, probate disputes, and other contested legal matters. He also has experience with business law, real estate transactions, and appeals. Joseph represents clients in cases that may involve extensive investigation, trial preparation, and review of difficult legal or factual issues.

Joseph graduated from John Carroll University and then Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he graduated cum laude. During law school, he received the Spangenberg Trial Practice Award and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in trial advocacy. He passed the Ohio and Florida bar examinations and was admitted to practice in both states in the same year. His academic distinctions reflect early experience and achievement in courtroom advocacy.

Joseph has tried personal injury, medical malpractice, criminal, probate, intellectual property, divorce, and custody cases. He has represented real estate developers in major retail real estate transactions and previously worked in a county prosecutor’s office and the investment field. His appellate work includes matters before Ohio’s Seventh, Eighth, and Eleventh District Courts of Appeals, the federal Sixth Circuit, and the Ohio Supreme Court, where he has filed and argued cases.

Joseph J. Triscaro was selected to the Ohio Super Lawyers list for business litigation from 2022 through 2026, following Rising Stars recognition from 2015 through 2021. He has also been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers among Ohio’s Top 100 trial lawyers.
