His work includes advising on workplace policies, handling complex litigation, and defending claims involving discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful discharge. Chris earned his A.B. in Public and International Affairs from Princeton University and later received his J.D. from New York University School of Law. He also completed a Certificate in Mediation from Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation. His strong academic background supports his ability to handle complex legal issues with clarity and precision, while his training in mediation enhances his ability to resolve disputes effectively.

Chris began his legal career as a law clerk for a U.S. District Judge before entering private practice. He worked at leading law firms, later serving as a partner and gaining extensive experience in employment law. He also served as a Deputy District Attorney, where he handled numerous hearings and trials. His career includes representing employers in major cases and securing favorable outcomes such as summary judgments in discrimination and retaliation claims.

Chris Leh uses his broad experience to guide employers through legal risks and disputes. He assists clients with compliance, workplace investigations, and litigation strategy.
