Mark Share is a seasoned attorney with over three decades of experience handling complex real estate, business, probate, and litigation matters. Mark, a Super Lawyers selectee from 2013 to 2022 and AV Preeminent™, rated by Martindale-Hubbell, has built a reputation for legal excellence and high ethical standards. His practice centers around real estate transactions and disputes, estate planning and administration, business litigation, and creditors’ rights.
Mark’s clients range from entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals to investors and business owners, including international clients purchasing U.S. real estate. He routinely advises on buying and selling residential, multi-family, and commercial properties, as well as office and industrial leasing. Mark handles boundary and neighbor disputes, landlord-tenant conflicts, buyer-seller litigation, and construction-related issues, including mechanic’s liens and contract disputes.
In addition to real estate law, Mark brings extensive experience in forming companies, managing business transactions, and resolving shareholder and commercial disputes. His estate planning practice includes drafting and negotiating pre-marital agreements, advising on probate and trust administration, and litigating will and trust contests.
Mark is admitted to practice in California, all federal district courts in the state, the United States Tax Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College, where he served on the Moot Court Honor Board and as an editor of the Environmental Law Journal. He completed a federal clerkship with Judge Otto Skopil of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mark holds a B.A. from Reed College.
Mark Share has served as Chair of the Remedies Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and as a past trustee of the Beverly Hills Bar Association. He frequently speaks and writes about real property, creditors’ rights, and provisional remedies. He has served as a Judge pro tem and a Los Angeles legal community arbitrator. His deep expertise and practical approach have made him a trusted advocate and advisor across various legal matters.
