Mark R. Mckinney

Mark R. McKinney is a Muncie criminal defense lawyer who represents clients facing serious charges, traffic offenses, and related legal problems. He has practiced law in Central Indiana since 1991 and brings experience from both prosecution and defense work. His background includes more than 100 felony jury trials as a prosecutor, giving him direct insight into courtroom strategy, evidence, and negotiation. His legal work also includes continued representation of indigent defendants in Delaware County and volunteer service tied to the creation of the Delaware County Child Advocacy Center.
