About

Mark J. Streiff is the managing partner of Pantheon Legal Group, PLLC in Fort Worth, Texas. His practice includes civil rights litigation, criminal defense, appeals, writs, and state and federal criminal matters. Streiff represents clients facing allegations involving DWI, assault, family violence, drug charges, weapons offenses, organized crime, and other felony or misdemeanor charges. He also handles civil rights matters arising from criminal proceedings and focuses on protecting clients’ constitutional and procedural rights.

Streiff earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law after completing a B.A. in History at the University of Texas at Arlington and an associate degree at Tarrant County College. Before founding his current practice, Streiff worked at a boutique immigration firm handling criminal defense matters and later joined a large Texas criminal defense firm. He represented clients in cases ranging from DWI and drug charges to serious felonies and murder, including federal criminal matters. His practice has included work throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and East Texas. Streiff is admitted in Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Mark J. Streiff was selected to the 2026 Texas Rising Stars list and maintains memberships with the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Tarrant County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Texas Bar College, Disabled American Veterans, and Veterans of Foreign Wars. A former U.S. Marine with more than a decade of military service, Streiff brings disciplined preparation to civil rights and criminal defense matters.
