During law school, he gained invaluable insight into the judicial process while clerking for Honorable Kenneth H. Johnson in Marion County Superior Court. His early professional experience also included serving as a contractor for the major felony unit of the Marion County Conflict Panel, where he assisted in the preparation and review of complex criminal cases.

Mark began his legal career working with Kirkland & Ellis, LLP, in Washington, D.C., where he developed strong skills in legal research, writing, and litigation support.
