Mark Favaloro

Mark Favaloro is a personal injury lawyer and founding attorney at Favaloro Law who represents plaintiffs in medical malpractice, accident, and negligence claims. His practice includes automobile accidents, trucking accidents, toxic torts, slip and fall injuries, and civil litigation. He has more than four decades of trial experience in Virginia and Massachusetts. His work extends to state and federal courts, including appellate proceedings involving serious injury and medical negligence disputes.

Mark earned his LL.M. from Boston University School of Law. He received his J.D. from New England Law | Boston. During law school, he served as Editor in Chief of the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement. He earned his B.S. from the University of New Hampshire. His education provided a strong foundation for litigation, legal writing, and courtroom advocacy.

Mark has represented injured plaintiffs throughout his career and previously practiced with a medical malpractice defense firm. That experience provides perspective when evaluating medical negligence claims, insurance defenses, and disputed liability. He has handled substantial medical malpractice and personal injury matters through negotiation and trial. He regularly lectures attorneys, physicians, and healthcare providers about medical malpractice, personal injury litigation, uninsured motorist issues, damages, and trial practice.

Mark Favaloro is admitted in Virginia and Massachusetts and before federal district and appellate courts in those jurisdictions. His admissions include the First and Fourth Circuits.
