William K. Holland

William K. Holland is a St. Louis personal injury trial lawyer who represents people harmed in serious accidents and other injury-related matters. His practice includes car and truck accidents, catastrophic injuries, premises liability, product liability, asbestos and mesothelioma claims, mass torts, and workers’ compensation. Bill earned a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri in 1989. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri School of Law in 1992, where he served on the Law Journal of Dispute Resolution. He was admitted to practice in Missouri in 1992 and Illinois in 1993. His education and dispute-resolution training support clear case analysis, persuasive communication, and careful trial preparation.

Bill has represented personal injury victims for more than three decades. He has recovered more than $300 million for clients, tried 48 cases to verdict, mediated hundreds of matters, and litigated 50 cases that resolved for more than $1 million. In 2025, he and co-counsel obtained a $3 million St. Louis County jury verdict after an offer of $900,000. His experience covers settlement negotiations, mediation, and complex courtroom advocacy.
