Mark Bryant

Mark Bryant is the founder and president of Bryant Law Center P.S.C. in Paducah, Kentucky. His practice focuses on civil personal injury, class action litigation, wrongful death, and death penalty murder defense. He has represented clients in national class actions, railroad derailment cases, catastrophic injury claims, criminal defense law, and other complex litigation. He has practiced in Paducah since completing law school and has built a career spanning public prosecution and private trial practice.

Mr. Bryant studied at Paducah Community College and the University of Kentucky before earning his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law. His legal education prepared him for a career involving criminal prosecution, trial advocacy, civil litigation, and complex injury matters.

Mr. Bryant entered public service after law school and served as Commonwealth Attorney for McCracken County for 16 years. He was re-elected twice and received recognition as Outstanding Commonwealth’s Attorney in Kentucky. He later entered private practice in 1990, initially concentrating on criminal defense. His practice gradually expanded toward civil personal injury, class actions, and wrongful death litigation. He has lectured on civil and criminal litigation for the Kentucky Bar Association and the University of Kentucky College of Law.

Mark Bryant has received professional recognition for his work as a trial attorney. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is a Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and has served as president of the Kentucky Commonwealth’s Attorneys Association. In 2012, he was appointed to the University of Kentucky Board of Trustees and later served as vice chair. His career combines extensive courtroom experience with leadership in Kentucky’s legal and public-service communities.
