Mark A. Juda

Mark A. Juda Esq. brings nearly three decades of criminal litigation experience to individuals facing serious charges. Drawing on his background as a former Assistant District Attorney, he offers clients informed guidance, practical strategies, and steady advocacy from the opening stages of a case through complex post-conviction procedures.

Mark completed his Bachelor of Arts at Canisius College in 1988 before earning his Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University in 1992. These academic foundations, paired with his extensive courtroom work, built the legal knowledge and analytical skill that shape his approach to defending clients in complex criminal cases.

Mark relies on the insight he developed through years of prosecutorial work to understand how the government prepares, structures, and presents criminal cases.
