Andrew R. Petroski

Andrew R. Petroski is a dedicated attorney practicing in both New York and Pennsylvania, with a strong focus on family law, estate planning, and criminal defense. Andrew earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2020, where he was awarded a merit-based Dean’s Scholarship. During law school, he worked extensively in the Family Law and Elder Law Clinics, assisting clients with estate planning, custody, and protection matters. His work earned him the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in the Family Law Clinic. He previously graduated cum laude from the University of Scranton with a B.A. in Philosophy, completing studies in the Jesuit Liberal Arts Honors College.

Upon graduation, Andrew joined Garufi Law PC, where he has built a growing practice across a wide range of legal areas. He has represented clients in matrimonial actions, estate proceedings, criminal defense cases, and general civil matters. Admitted to the bar in both New York and Pennsylvania, he brings multi-jurisdictional insight to his work and delivers strategic solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
