Mark A. Glenn is a highly experienced attorney with a long-standing legal career centered on helping individuals, businesses, and organizations across New Mexico. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, real estate matters, employment issues, construction law, business formation, and probate litigation. His work covers both trial and appellate courts throughout the state.
Mark began his professional journey as a daily newspaper reporter, a role he held for six years before entering the legal field. He later earned his Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law. His background in journalism strengthened his research, communication, and analytical skills, which he now applies to solving complex legal problems with clear and persuasive arguments.
Mark is licensed to practice in all New Mexico state and federal courts and is also admitted before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Over the years, he has handled numerous cases with published appellate decisions. These include Dollens v. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (2015), Kokoricha v. Estate of Keiner (2010), Systems Technology, Inc. v. Hall (2004), Carol Rickert and Assocs. v. Law (2002), and Homes by Marilyn v. Robinson (1991). These cases reflect his wide range of legal knowledge in areas such as real estate disputes, contract law, and estate litigation.
Mark has also contributed to legal and public service through various board roles. He served as a former member and chair of the State of New Mexico Board of Editors. In 2014, he was appointed as a public member of the New Mexico Board of Examiners for Architects, where he continues to support professional standards and public interests.
