Mark A. Bross

Mark A. Bross is a seasoned business attorney and the owner of Bross Law, LLC, serving Boston and the South Shore of Massachusetts. He focuses on providing world-class legal services to small businesses, including forming LLCs and corporations, drafting contracts, and advising on intellectual property and employment law matters. Mark earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, graduating in the top 10% of his class. Prior to law school, he completed a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he wrote an award-winning dissertation. He began his academic journey with a B.A., magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University in 1995.

After building his career at several of Boston’s leading law firms, Mark founded Bross Law, LLC to deliver big-firm business law expertise to small and midsize companies. He has advised software developers, investment firms, healthcare providers, manufacturers, retailers, restaurants, and a wide range of closely held businesses.
