Jeremy R. Summerlin

Jeremy R. Summerlin is a trial lawyer and shareholder at Horton Law Firm in Greenville, South Carolina. He represents employees and businesses in employment law disputes, business litigation, personal injury, and residential construction defect cases. Jeremy earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he served on the Editorial Board of the ABA Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Journal and was Vice President of the Federalist Society. He received his undergraduate degree from Bob Jones University, also located in Greenville, establishing his lifelong connection to the area.
