Mariya Ortynska

Mariya Ortynska is a New York intellectual property attorney who advises companies on brand protection, creative assets, commercial agreements, and emerging technologies. She leads Ortynska Law PLLC and develops US and international strategies involving trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and online enforcement. She helps businesses protect valuable intellectual property while aligning legal decisions with commercial objectives, budgets, and growth plans.

Ortynska earned an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law. She also received a Master of Law from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. Her education supports her ability to evaluate international rights, registration systems, contractual obligations, and technology-related risks. She applies this training when advising companies on protection, licensing, enforcement, and cross-border intellectual property concerns.

Ortynska prepares and prosecutes trademark and copyright applications before the US Patent and Trademark Office and the US Copyright Office.
