Marissa Alter-Nelson

Marissa Alter-Nelson is a nationally recognized litigator and a partner at Latham & Watkins LLP, who represents corporate clients in complex business lawsuits and disputes and high-stakes proceedings. Her practice covers commercial litigation, securities matters, derivatives disputes, antitrust claims, contract conflicts, bankruptcy cases, class actions, arbitration, and regulatory investigations.
