Marisol Jimenez has built her legal career on standing up for employees facing discrimination, harassment, wage theft, and retaliation. She has taken on some of the largest companies in California, helping workers secure fair treatment and accountability. Her dedication to protecting employee rights has earned her a reputation for achieving positive results.
Marisol completed her B.A. at the University of California at Berkeley in 2012 and earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law in 2016. During law school, she contributed to the Law Review, served as Executive Editor of the International Law Journal, and volunteered at Casa Cornelia Law Center, where she received recognition for her advocacy on behalf of victims of human trafficking.
Marisol has focused exclusively on employment law since 2015, representing workers in cases ranging from single-plaintiff lawsuits to class actions and PAGA claims. She has successfully handled disputes involving disability, race, pregnancy, age, and religious discrimination, as well as matters of workplace harassment, unpaid wages, and wrongful termination. Her experience includes both trial-level litigation and representative actions on behalf of groups of employees.
