Marina S. Grabchuk

Marina S. Grabchuk is a shareholder at Belin McCormick, P.C., where she leads the firm’s Immigration Department. With more than a decade of experience, she focuses on business immigration and corporate I-9 compliance. Marina represents large corporations, mid-sized businesses, universities, and medical centers, providing strategic solutions for recruiting and retaining foreign national talent.

Marina earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 2011, serving as Notes Editor for the Hastings Women’s Law Journal. She also received the Public Interest Recognition Award. Marina holds a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Washington, graduating in 2006.

Marina advises employers on employment-based visas, including L-1, O-1, H-1B, TN, and permanent residence sponsorship under EB-1 and PERM. She assists multinational executives, research scientists, J-1 physicians, and professionals with extraordinary ability.
