Marina Finegold

Marina Finegold is a dedicated immigration and criminal defense attorney serving clients in Louisville and throughout Kentucky. She represents individuals in a wide range of matters, including asylum, naturalization, deportation defense, and family-based immigration. Her practice also covers criminal and family law, including juvenile offenses, domestic violence, and child neglect cases. Ms. Finegold earned her J.D. from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville in 2004. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Justice Administration, cum laude, from the University of Louisville. Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Finegold worked as a Judicial Assistant at Jefferson District Court, gaining valuable insight into courtroom procedures. She began her legal practice at James L. Fine, Attorney at Law, where she focused on criminal and immigration cases. Since 2005, she has been an active member of both the Kentucky Bar Association and the Louisville Bar Association.
