Maria Eugenia Macias

Maria Eugenia Macias is the founding attorney of Macias Law, PLLC in Lewisville, Texas. She represents families in immigration and estate planning matters, providing services in English and Spanish. Her practice helps clients pursue lawful status, reunite with relatives, prepare for citizenship, and protect loved ones through wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and medical directives. She works with clients across Texas and handles immigration matters for individuals nationwide.

Macias earned a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2011 and a bachelor’s degree in international business from Baylor University in 2009. During law school, she participated in the Asylum and Immigration Law Clinic, which strengthened her commitment to serving immigrant families. She also studied international law in Madrid and Buenos Aires. Her legal and international education supports a practical understanding of cross-border issues, family needs, and long-term planning.

Her immigration experience includes family-based petitions, fiancé visas, adjustment of status, consular processing, citizenship and naturalization, waivers of inadmissibility, employment authorization, travel documents, and green card renewals. Maria Eugenia Macias has been licensed in Texas since 2011 and is admitted to practice before the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
