Marcus T. Foote

Marcus T. Foote is a partner at Kuehne & Foote, APLC, where he practices exclusively in the area of Family Law. Specializing in community property and retirement/pension divisions, Marcus has built a strong reputation for his expertise in these complex aspects of family law. Since January 2002, he has been board-certified in Family Law by the Louisiana Board of Specialization, solidifying his standing as a leader in the field.

Marcus is particularly known for his work in Marriage QDROs (Qualified Domestic Relations Orders), an area in which he has developed the firm’s newest practice specialty.
