Marcus Sladek brings over 13 years of courtroom experience to every case he handles, offering skilled representation in criminal defense and personal injury matters. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dana College, where he graduated cum laude and earned the Distinguished Graduate Award for Leadership. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law, with a concentration in litigation. His education forms the backbone of his practical, results-driven legal work across the Omaha area.

Marcus brings a well-rounded perspective to every case, having worked on both sides of the courtroom—first as a criminal defense attorney and later as a prosecutor for the Omaha City Prosecutor’s Office. His extensive experience at the Douglas County Courthouse has made him a trusted, highly visible advocate in the local legal community. Today, he represents clients facing a broad range of criminal charges, including DUI, drug crimes, and serious felony cases that can carry life sentences.

Marcus also represents clients in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases.
