Marcus Sladek

Marcus Sladek brings over 13 years of courtroom experience to every case he handles, offering skilled representation in criminal defense and personal injury matters. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dana College, where he graduated cum laude and earned the Distinguished Graduate Award for Leadership. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law, with a concentration in litigation. His education forms the backbone of his practical, results-driven legal work across the Omaha area.

Marcus built his foundation in the legal system by working on both sides—first as a defense attorney, and then as a prosecutor for the Omaha City Prosecutor’s Office. His time at the Douglas County Courthouse has made him a familiar and respected presence. He handles a wide range of charges, from DUI and drug offenses to cases involving life sentences.

Marcus also represents clients in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. He helps injured individuals secure fair settlements, using his deep knowledge of claims evaluation and insurance tactics.
