Mr. Gibbons earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois, Chicago. He then completed his J.D. at The University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. While in law school, he gained valuable experience as a certified law clerk for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. He is admitted to practice in California and is also a member of the bar of the United States District Court for the Central and Eastern Districts of California.

Mr. Gibbons founded his own law office in 2002 before merging his practice with his father and sister in 2004 to form Gibbons & Gibbons, A Law Corporation, a respected criminal defense firm. Over his career, he has earned multiple awards, including Southeast Judicial District Attorney of the Year and recognition as one of the top DUI lawyers.
