Manuel González

Manuel González, Esq., is a partner and seasoned trial attorney whose practice focuses on workers’ compensation, personal injury, and employment litigation. Over his accomplished legal career, he has represented clients across New Jersey and New York in cases involving workplace injuries, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage disputes. Manuel’s commitment to achieving justice for injured workers and employees has earned him recognition for his integrity, diligence, and skill both in and out of the courtroom.

Manuel earned his J.D. from New York Law School and his B.A. from Rutgers University, where he developed a strong foundation in law, research, and advocacy. Licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Supreme Court of New Jersey, he has successfully handled cases at multiple judicial levels. His analytical approach and deep understanding of complex state and federal employment regulations allow him to craft effective legal strategies for every client he represents.

In addition to his litigation practice, Manuel González is actively involved in the legal community. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the New Jersey Bar Association and is a member of the Hispanic Bar Association, American Bar Association, and New York Law School Alumni Association. He also frequently lectures on workers’ compensation topics, including “Total Disability in Workers’ Compensation” at Kean University’s Continuing Legal Education program.
