Lizett Rodríguez Peña, Esq. earned her B.A. from the University of California, Davis, and went on to complete her J.D. at the University of San Francisco School of Law. During law school, she was deeply involved in student leadership. She participated in the Moot Court Program, served as Vice President of the La Raza Law Student Association, and co-founded the USF Parents and Advocates Law Student Association, where she served as Co-President, providing a vital support network for fellow student-parents.
With a focus on immigration and employment law, Lizett provides dedicated legal services that aim to uplift and protect vulnerable individuals and working families. Her advocacy extends beyond the courtroom—she is a strong voice for underserved communities and a reliable resource for those navigating complex legal systems.
Lizett serves as the President of the San Benito County Bar Association and is an active board member of several respected organizations, including Youth Alliance, BeProximity, and the San Benito County Community Foundation.
