Mai Huynh

Mai Huynh is a partner at her firm and focuses her practice on residential and commercial real estate, business formation, and family-based immigration law. She represents individuals, families, and small- to mid-sized businesses, providing strategic legal guidance to protect clients’ interests and reduce legal and financial risk.

Mai earned her Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law after completing her Bachelor of Arts at Northeastern University. Her legal education supports a practice grounded in careful analysis, regulatory compliance, and practical problem-solving across multiple areas of practice.

In her real estate practice, Mai advises clients on residential and commercial transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing. She represents buyers, sellers, and investors, assisting with contract review, due diligence, and transaction coordination to ensure efficient and well-structured closings.

Mai also works closely with entrepreneurs and business owners on business formation and structuring. She assists clients with forming limited liability companies and limited liability partnerships, helping them establish appropriate entities that align with their operational goals while minimizing liability exposure.

In addition, Mai focuses on family-based immigration matters, guiding petitioners through the adjustment-of-status process and lawful permanent residence applications. She represents clients throughout the entire immigration process, including preparation, filing, and interviews, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
