Emmanuel Gonzalez

Emmanuel Gonzalez is the owner of Gonzalez Legal, P.C., a boutique law firm based in Lynn, Massachusetts. His practice focuses on business law and immigration law, serving individuals, entrepreneurs, and small to midsize businesses with practical, client-centered legal solutions tailored to their goals and circumstances.

Emmanuel earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He later completed a Master of Business Administration at Suffolk University Business School, with a concentration in entrepreneurship, and earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, building a strong academic foundation in both law and business.

Before entering legal practice, Emmanuel worked in the insurance industry as a property and injury claims investigator. This experience strengthened his analytical skills and understanding of risk, liability, and dispute resolution, which continue to inform his legal approach when advising clients on business and immigration matters.

Emmanuel’s legal practice emphasizes business formation, compliance, and transactional matters, as well as immigration law services for individuals and families. He established Gonzalez Legal, P.C. in Lynn to better serve a community with a strong immigrant presence and ongoing business development needs.

Emmanuel is deeply committed to community service and pro bono work. He has volunteered with the Northeast Justice Center, assisting immigration clients, including victims of domestic violence seeking U-Visas, and currently supports Spanish-speaking clients through the Volunteer Lawyers Project. He also serves as a board member and legal adviser to a nonprofit youth organization.

Emmanuel Gonzalez is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is also a licensed real estate broker, notary public, and a member of several professional organizations, offering bilingual legal services in English and Spanish to clients throughout the region.
