Maegan M. Gorham

Maegan M. Gorham is an Iowa business, employment, and education lawyer who advises corporations, limited liability companies, schools, and other organizations. She handles entity formation and governance, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, compliance, and related business matters. She also earned a B.A. from Monmouth College, a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from St. Ambrose University, and a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Illinois State University. Maegan spent more than a decade working as a director in higher education before entering legal practice. She also served as executive director of a national nonprofit organization. She taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and St. Ambrose University. Her judicial experience includes internships with Judge Sara Darrow of the US District Court for the Central District of Illinois. She also interned for Justice Thomas D. Waterman of the Iowa Supreme Court.
