Macrina Sharpe

Macrina Sharpe is Of Counsel at Holland & Hart in Cheyenne and represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial and environmental litigation. Her practice includes business litigation, real estate litigation, environmental litigation, trust and estate litigation, zoning and land use, and appellate matters. She handles contract disputes, fiduciary duty claims, business torts, constitutional rights matters, energy and natural resources disputes, and other high-stakes cases in state and federal court.

Macrina earned a J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2016 and a B.S. from the University of Wyoming in 2013. Her education supports a practice that combines legal research, factual development, administrative law, and courtroom advocacy. She is admitted in Wyoming and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming, allowing her to represent clients across state and federal litigation and related regulatory proceedings.
