Mack K. Martin is an Oklahoma City criminal defense attorney who represents clients in state and federal criminal matters. His practice includes white collar crimes, federal criminal defense, homicide, drug crimes, DUI/DWI, sex crimes, domestic violence, and weapons charges. He handles appellate law, internet crimes, juvenile matters, and criminal and civil forfeiture. Mack has practiced since 1979 and is admitted before multiple federal courts, appellate courts, and the US Supreme Court.
Mack earned his J.D. from Oklahoma City University in 1978 and his B.A. from Cameron University in 1976. During law school, he served as Research Editor of the Oklahoma City University Law Review and participated on the Moot Court Board. His academic training and decades of courtroom work support his approach to legal research, motion practice, trial preparation, and appellate advocacy in complex criminal cases.

His honors include the Lord Erskine Lifetime Achievement Award in Criminal Defense and the Oklahoma Bar Association President’s Award. He received the Oklahoma City University School of Law Outstanding Law Review Alumni Award in 2003. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Board of Criminal Lawyers. He frequently lectures at continuing legal education programs.
