Mack K. Martin

Mack K. Martin is an Oklahoma City criminal defense attorney who represents clients in state and federal criminal matters. His practice includes white collar crimes, federal criminal defense, homicide, drug crimes, DUI/DWI, sex crimes, domestic violence, and weapons charges. He handles appellate law, internet crimes, juvenile matters, and criminal and civil forfeiture. Mack has practiced since 1979 and is admitted before multiple federal courts, appellate courts, and the US Supreme Court.

Mack earned his J.D. from Oklahoma City University in 1978 and his B.A. from Cameron University in 1976. During law school, he served as Research Editor of the Oklahoma City University Law Review and participated on the Moot Court Board.
