Frank Urbanic is an Oklahoma City criminal defense lawyer who represents individuals facing serious state and federal charges. His practice includes DUI, DWI, APC, drug possession and trafficking, domestic assault, theft, violent crimes, firearms offenses, sex crimes, expungements, and youthful offender matters. He has practiced since 2015 and handles cases requiring detailed factual review, constitutional analysis, and focused courtroom preparation.
Frank earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2015. He was elected to the Order of the Coif and Phi Kappa Phi. He also earned an M.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma and a B.B.A. in Business Management from Texas A&M University. His legal and business education supports disciplined case analysis, strategic planning, and efficient practice management.
Frank has completed advanced DUI training, including Standardized Field Sobriety Test practitioner and instructor courses and Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement training. He graduated from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation Forensic Science Academy. His earlier experience includes internships with federal and state judges and the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office. He is licensed in Oklahoma and before the US District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
