M. Binford Williams, Jr. is a partner in Bradley’s Jackson office with more than 40 years of transactional experience. His practice focuses on real estate, banking and financial services, and corporate and securities matters. He advises lenders, borrowers, businesses, and other clients on commercial finance, acquisitions, mergers, real estate projects, and related corporate transactions. He also serves as outside general counsel, helping businesses address recurring legal needs alongside major transactions and financing matters.

Williams earned a B.A. in Business from the University of Mississippi in 1982, receiving the Taylor Medal and Taylor Citation. He received an M.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi in 1983 as a Graduate Fellow and a J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1986, where he held a James O. Eastland Scholarship. His combined business and legal education supports sophisticated work involving finance, property, and corporate transactions.

Williams represents clients in financings, acquisitions and mergers, real estate development and investment matters, and other commercial transactions.
