About

Lyndsey Duncan-Loose is an estate planning and probate attorney focused on helping clients prepare for important decisions with clarity and confidence. Her practice includes simple and complex estates, trusts, wills, powers of attorney, deeds, and probate administration. She provides steady guidance for individuals, families, and seniors planning for the future.

Lyndsey earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Loyola University Chicago before attending The John Marshall Law School Chicago, now part of the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. She received her Juris Doctor in 2016, with achievements in law review, mock trial, moot court, and the Dean’s List. After law school, she began her legal career in Tucson through work with the Pima County Attorney’s Office. Her early practice centered on criminal law, where she developed courtroom judgment, legal research skills, and practical advocacy experience while handling matters that required careful preparation, strong communication, and disciplined case evaluation.

Lyndsey’s prosecutorial work included felony drug, property, and violent offense cases, as well as substantial trial experience. She led more than fifteen jury trials and participated in numerous bench trials, evidentiary hearings, and settlement conferences. This background strengthened her ability to assess facts, manage disputes, and advocate clearly and effectively for clients. She later expanded her professional experience through service in law enforcement, completing formal academy and field training as a Deputy Sheriff. That experience strengthened her insight into public service, legal procedure, and client-centered advocacy.

In 2021, Lyndsey Duncan-Loose returned to legal practice with a focus on estate planning. This work enabled her to help clients protect assets, clarify their wishes, reduce uncertainty, and prepare documents to support families during difficult transitions. She emphasizes trust, accessibility, careful planning, security, and continuity in every client relationship. In 2024, she joined Legacy Law Arizona as of Counsel, continuing her commitment to estate planning and probate representation. She assists clients with later-life planning, probate, and legacy protection with clear, reliable legal support.
